紫斑病

この皮膚科の疾病は、70代になってから2回ほど経験がある。内出血なのだが、規模が比較的大きく、どこかにぶつけたのだろうかと我ながら不思議がるほど原因について覚えがなく、また、急に出現する。だから、できてみると眼科の白目の出血、結膜下出血と同じくらいびっくりする。
I have had this dermatological ailment twice after I got into my 70s. They are internal hemorrhages, but they are relatively large in size, and they appear so suddenly that one wonders if one has bumped into something, and one has no recollection of the cause. So when they appear, they are as surprising as subconjunctival hemorrhage, a hemorrhage in the white eye of an ophthalmologist.

しかし、放っておいても自然に治る。最初にできた赤紫色のあざがさらに拡大する気配はなく、最初の絵図のまま収束に向かっていく。あざの色は赤紫→青紫→黄色のように変化していく。黄色になったら完治目前だ。
However, if left alone, it will heal spontaneously. There is no sign of further enlargement of the first reddish-purple bruise, and it continues to converge with the initial picture. The color of the bruise will change from reddish purple to bluish purple to yellow. When it turns yellow, the patient is on the verge of a full recovery. 

原因はなにかの原因で出血性が高まっているのだと思う。
I think the cause is increased hemorrhagic activity due to something.

追記：

最近ヤフージャパンのページで取り上げられていた「電撃性紫斑病」は、病状の進行の速さや激烈さの点で、ただの紫斑病とは異なる。無手勝流ではどうしようもないので、直ちに救急車を手配しないといけない。「劇症型溶血性連鎖球菌感染症」も同じ病気で、大腸菌などの菌による感染症から手や👣や脚に壊死が起きる怖い病気。人食いバクテリアとも呼ばれている。脚などがパンパンに腫れるし、組織の色が明らかに変わるし、高熱が出たり死にそうになったりするから、通常の紫斑病との見分けはつきやすいかもしれない。
